William Garces, William Grabler, and Lawrence LeBrocq are not your typical lawyers and their law firm of Garces, Grabler, and LeBrocq is not your typical personal injury law firm. Garces, Grabler, and LeBrocq take the unique approach of a hands on and intensive process to manage all aspects of their client’s lives during their difficult time. Giving their clients peace of mind is just one way that they help; another is the diligent way in which they pursue their client’s cases to ensure the best possible result for their clients.

With eight locations across New Jersey, Garces, Grabler, and LeBrocq knew that it was time for a rebranding approach that would be able to reach all those in need. Understanding the importance of video production and digital marketing in our current age, Garces, Grabler, and LeBrocq set out to find a video production company that shared their values. When Postcreatives met with Garces, Grabler, and LeBrocq we immediately understood their vision and process. Working together on an all encompassing overview of their company, Postcreatives has designed a complete video series to share Garces, Grabler, and LeBrocq's vision to the world.

Feeling that the best way to communicate their message was for the world to meets its founders, Postcreatives set out to highlight each partner of the firm with individual video messages. The first of the video series between Postcreatives and Garces, Grabler, and LeBrocq, these videos highlight each man's background and passion for what they do and how they help.

William Garces started his law firm with one desk. Today he oversees over a hundred employees and twenty lawyers throughout his firm’s eight locations. From his humble beginnings, William Garces understands the personal touch required to help clients fell that they are in the best hands possible “We like to say that we are large enough to win, but small enough to care,” Willaim Garces.

Head of the worker’s compensation department at Garces, Grabler, and LeBrocq, William Grabler is passionate about helping people. Understanding that every person who walks into his office is “more than just a file” William Grabler takes the time make every one of his clients fell safe and secure throughout the duration of their case. Knowing that their hard work and dedication to their clients is what sets them apart from other law firms, William Grabler takes pride in knowing that he has helped his clients to live a better life.

Starting back in 1988, Lawrence LeBrocq has decades of experience as a personal injury attorney. Having been a managing partner at Garces, Grabler, and LeBrocq for over a decade, Lawrence LeBrocq has helped to build the firm into what it is today. LeBrocq fights tenaciously for his clients to ensure they get every cent that is owed to them. As LeBrocq likes to pass on to his associates, “there is no substitute for hard work.”
